If you are not a permanent resident of Australia or reside outside Australia, we can assist you in securing finance.
New purchases up to 85% LVR.
• Equity Release (Cash-Out) up to 85% LVR.
• Refinancing existing loans up to 85%.
• Vacant Land & Construction up to 75% LVR.
• Full Doc & Alt Doc available for self-employed foreign residents.

If you reside outside Australia and earn non-AUD curreny income, we can assist you, whether you’re PAYG or Self-Employed.
We can assist ex-pats with:
• New purchases
• Refinancing existing loans
• Equity Release (Cash-Out)
• Vacant Land & Construction loans
• Personal or Company/Trust borrowings
Multiple currencies are acceptable including VND, HKD, SGD, JPY, IDR & INR.
Up to 90% lending on property value (LVR) is acceptable.
Real estate agents shake hands after the signing of the contract agreement is complete.

Pathway to Residency

If you are on a temporary visa, or on a bridging visa, or a formal application for Permanent Residency has been lodged and approval imminent at the time of application, we can potentially assist with finance for a home up to 95%. Given Austalian legislation, it must be a brand new property or vacant land that is being purchase.
